Who We Are

Founded in 1994 by Bob Glick and Mary Barrett, BGA provides full service sales representation for suppliers in the home furnishings industry. Focusing solely on the drop ship model, BGA originally specialized in calling on mail order catalog accounts. As E-commerce came into the picture around 2000, the company pivoted to build this segment of the business.

Since that time, our group has grown into a team of account specialists that handle all buyer communications and work collaboratively with suppliers to build a roadmap for success. Our support team is thorough, efficient, and eager to help us exceed the expectations of ALL our suppliers and accounts, big or small. Key accounts in which we specialize include Wayfair, Amazon, Overstock, Home Depot, Lowes, Kohls, and more.

At our core, we are a humble group. Easy to work with, and entrusted to provide top level service without micromanagement. Team players with no egos, only looking to create success for our partners. Our company succeeds, only when your business is successful.

Bob Glick

Founder and CEO (Since 1994)

Established reputation in the home furnishings industry for being trustworthy, hardworking, and easy to get along with. Bob loves what he does, and he's built a strong foundation to carry the company into the next evolution of the business.


Clayton Norris

Senior E-commerce Account Manager (Since 2005)

Primary Account Manager for Wayfair, Overstock, Lowes, and Kohls. Personally handles and oversees all strategic planning and execution for key accounts. Clayton has represented over 25 suppliers in his time with the company, helping them achieve success in the unfamiliar arena of e-commerce.


Missy Croan

Key E-commerce Account Manager (Since 2016)

Primary Account Manager for Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart, and Hayneedle. Missy was previously National Accounts Manager for a very successful furniture supplier. In that role, which she held for 16 years, she touched on all facets of key account relationships including buyer facing communication, EDI, promotional strategy, as well as managing a support staff. She brings a unique supplier-side point of view to the firm.


Jamie Estenfelder (Since 2014)

Content Manager and Head of Support Staff

Heads up our support staff in making sure all content and data is optimized, all products are loaded promptly to sites, and any special projects are addressed. Jamie was previously an office manager in the medical field, where she was responsible for leading a team of 13.
